The Flow boasts an hourglass shaped 7-ply maple deck, high-density injection molded rail system, environmentally friendly STS traction surface and a solid hardwood angle tapered rock. This uniquely designed deck and rock combo allow for a quick transfer of rotational energy from hips to legs to board. This low impact ride is great for full body conditioning and fun. It will have you carving around the competition in no time.

How is this board different from the Zippy?
Although the decks are shaped differently both the Flow and Zippy decks have the same overall running length and are similar in performance. The most significant difference in performance is designed around the Rocks (or rollers). The longer Zippy rock is machined with our patented outrigger design, which act as "training wheels" when a rider applies toe or heal pressure to the board. The outriggers allow for increased stability when performing maneuvers requiring toe and heal pressure such as turning spinning and tilting. It's the outrigger design that makes the Zippy ideal for beginner to intermediate riders. Conversely the outrigger-less design of the Flow rock allows the rider to achieve greater toe and heal performance at higher angles thereby making the Flow more challenging and performance driven. The Flow is ideal for intermediate to advanced riders.
I love my Vew-Do. I wanted something that was as close to snowboarding as possible. The Rock allows you to get on your heels and toes simulating the feeling of snowboarding. It's challenging enough to keep in fun but easy enough for anyone with the basic ability to balance. Graphic is pretty awesome too. I have also spent some time on the Butter Nub Board. It is great for tricks simulating skateboarding. My friend had it paired with a stand up desk and would balance while he worked.

I've wanted a Vew-Do board since I was a kid. I finally got one at age 33! Great indoor board sport for the Oregon rain. I highly recommend it to board sport enthusiasts.

I have sciatica (lower back pain) - I got the board for combatting that. Within a month of riding on it 20+ minutes a day my back pain was gone. In the first session i noticed a huge reduction in back pain. I can't recommend the Vew-Do Flow enough. The kids love playing on it as well. It's great for developing their balance for board sports (which is another big reason i got it, though not the main one) my 2 year old and 6 year old have a blast on it.

I've been using my vew do flow board everyday since it arrived.. Ubalance was the cheapest I could find after loads of researching for the best boards and uk stockists. Mark was very helpful and it arrived quickly. There's loads more exercises than I thought, including press ups, squats and side to side plank. would highly recommend these boards and Ubalance.

This board is fun to use at home in free time. The only problem I have had is that the traction tape wears down from riding it too much.
